The Management & Leadership Pathway for Residents (MLPR) is a 15- to 18-month program that molds talented physicians into successful physician executives through rotation-based management training and mentorship from Duke Health Senior Leaders. Graduates of the MLPR boast a successful track record of landing positions as physician executives after residency.
