To apply for the MLPR, you must have:
- Application form
- Letter of recommendation from residency program director
- Letter of support from a current or former supervisor detailing your management talents, experiences, interests, and leadership potential
- Responses to essay prompts in the MLPR application
Applications are due in the spring of the PGY1, 2 or 3 years depending on the length of your ACGME residency program.
